Ideal Physio is regarded as one of the top physiotherapy clinics in Leeds but their digital presence was near invisible.
The Managing Director came to Bula Marketer wanting to grow the brand online and maximise lead generation from digital channels.
Ideal Physio had barely any traffic to the website. It was hard to find the website in search engines, and they didn't have the correct systems in place to attract, engage and convert potential customers online.
There was no time to waste so we got Ideal Physio set up with Google Ads and started creating bespoke custom-made landing pages (using our own marketing automation software) and ads that attracted high click through rates. With a sophisticated keyword bidding strategy, this helped attract and convert new leads from day 1.
We also focused on SEO to help ensure the business would have long term organic visibility in Google. We used comprehensive SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog to crawl the website and all its content as well as evaluating the backlinks pointing to the domain. We then repeated this process for every competitor in the industry, to create a powerful illustrative map of where Ideal Physio sat within the marketplace.
Following a very systematic approach, we identified the gaps between Ideal Physio and the competition. This allowed us to implement on-page changes such as tweaking content as well as creating whole new sections of the website to target previously ignored keywords.
As well as Google Search, we helped run Facebook Ads to target specific demographics and locations to help promote the brand locally.
Using a CRM and automated workflows, we could then nurture incoming leads and ensure there was a smooth transition between marketing and client on-boarding.
